Solid Lubricants: Welcome

SOLID LUBRICANTS

Soft and strong, heat resistant and heat conductive, lubricious to various degrees SUPERLUBE is universal. Its characteristics-lubricity, friction modifying ability, temperature resistance, electrical and heat conductivity and chemical inertness – make SUPERLUBE versatile and useful. One or more of these properties make SUPERLUBE’s application essential in the manufacturing units of every major industry.

SUPERLUBE NO.1
Used dry or with oil for heavy duty applications to withstand extreme temperatures, extreme pressure and corrosive conditions. Ideal as a lubricant and as a parting agent.

SUPERLUBE NO.2
Similar to SUPERLUBE NO.1 but has smaller particle size, for applications involving finer tolerances.

SUPERLUBE NO. 999
Used dry or with oils and greases, the superfine particles of SUPERLUBE fill the pores and pits of metal surfaces to provide effective and long lasting lubrication in extreme temperatures, extreme pressures and adverse chemical conditions.

SUPERLUBE MICROMESH
Fine colloidal particles of SUPERLUBE can be used dry or mixed with oils for application, having extra fine tolerances. As it has a fine particle size with the lowest dry bulking value it is easy to suspend in oil and greases.
